The space combines the character of a converted warehouse with a clean, flexible layout that adapts to product launches, exhibitions, private dinners, workshops, a pop-ups.
Just five minutes from Shoreditch and easily accessible by public transport, our studio is perfectly positioned for London-based and visiting clients alike.
The Space
The studio features high ceilings, a seamless infinity cove, polished concrete floors and neutral white walls that act as a blank canvas for any production or event design. With over 1,100 sq ft of open-plan floor area and excellent natural light, it’s equally suited to intimate gatherings or larger creative activations. We provide on-site facilities including changing areas, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, WC, and optional AV and scenic support from our in-house production team.

Mowlem Studios is not a typical event venue. We specialise in providing short-term hire for professionals working within the arts, media, fashion, design, and brand sectors. Our studio has hosted graduate exhibitions, magazine launches, and international cultural showcases — all staged to high creative standards.
